 By accessing this website and booking an appointment with Maria Klinakis (“I,” “me,” or “my”), you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Maria Klinakis operates as a sole proprietor in Canada and provides Registered Massage Therapy (RMT) services as well as additional wellness services. Registered Massage Therapy services are regulated healthcare services, while other services offered — including low light laser therapy, reiki and energy healing, and bioresonance therapy — are non-regulated wellness services provided for general well-being only and are not eligible for insurance reimbursement. Non-regulated services do not constitute medical or healthcare treatment and are not a substitute for diagnosis, treatment, or care by a licensed physician or other regulated healthcare professional.

All appointments must be booked in advance, and payment is required at the time of booking. Accepted payment methods are debit, credit & e-transfer. Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, missed appointments, or failure to attend a scheduled appointment will result in the full appointment fee being charged and no refund being issued, as the appointment time has been reserved exclusively for you. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session to avoid impacting subsequent clients, and the full appointment fee will still apply.

Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete health information prior to and during appointments and for informing Maria Klinakis of any changes in health status, medications, or conditions that may affect treatment or wellness services. Maria Klinakis reserves the right to refuse or discontinue any service at any time if it is determined to be unsafe, inappropriate, outside the scope of practice, or not in the client’s best interest. While care and professionalism are exercised at all times, no guarantees are made regarding outcomes or results, as responses to massage therapy and wellness services may vary.

Registered Massage Therapy services are provided in accordance with applicable laws, professional standards, and regulatory requirements. Non-regulated wellness services are offered independently of RMT services and are provided for relaxation, wellness, or personal development purposes only. Clients acknowledge and agree that they are choosing to participate in non-regulated services voluntarily and at their own discretion.
